Each provider featured on Sawyer manages their own business operations, including schedules, enrollments, and customer transactions.
As best practice, please reach out to your provider directly first. Common reasons to contact your provider include:
Requesting a cancellation or refund
Requesting a class transfer or reschedule
Purchasing add-ons (e.g., after-school care, art supplies)
Reporting an absence
Location or class questions
Paying a balance early
Canceling memberships or future payments
General class details (time, materials, class size, etc.)
To contact your provider:
Log into your Sawyer account.
Go to your Orders page.
Click the Contact Provider button.
If you donât receive a timely response or canât reach a resolution, Sawyer Support can help mediate the situation.
