Is the Sawyer Booking Fee refundable? If my order is canceled by the business, will the fee be refunded as well?

The Sawyer Booking Fee is non-refundable and controlled by Sawyer. This is separate from the costs and services provided by the individual businesses listed on the Sawyer platform. Each business on Sawyer manages their own prices, fees, and orders and makes decisions about cancellations, credits, and refunds. Businesses who list their schedules and activities with Sawyer do not have the ability to refund any Sawyer Booking Fees associated with an order.
