You can download annual statements organized by calendar year to view all transactions and recurring payments for accounting and tax purposes. Annual statements provide a comprehensive summary for each year you've done business, including transaction details, totals, and your provider information.

Log in to your Sawyer account at hisawyer.com. You can access the Annual Statements page two ways:
Select My Account in the top navigation (next to your name), then click Annual Statements
Go to My Account, then select Annual Statements from the left sidebar
Once you're on the Annual Statements page, you'll see a list of downloadable statements grouped by year. Select the year you need and click download to receive a PDF of your statement.
📋 What's Included in Your Annual Statement
When you download your annual statement, the report includes:
Report date: The date you downloaded the report
From section: Your provider information
Provider name, address, phone number, and tax ID (if enabled in your settings)
Any missing information will appear blank
For section: Customer information from their profile
Customer name, address, and phone number
Transaction table: All transactions for the year, sorted chronologically
Date, order number, student(s), activity, payment type, and amount (or refund amount)
Year total: Your complete annual revenue total
Footer: Your provider name, phone number, and contact email (reply-to email if set up; otherwise your primary company email)
⚠️ What's Not Included in Your Annual Statement
Your annual statement does not include:
Transactions combined across multiple provider accounts
Itemized breakdowns by activity
Individual payment or refund line items beyond what appears in the transaction table

Annual statements are available year-round. You can download statements for any calendar year in which you processed transactions.

Can I download statements for multiple years at once?

Currently, you must download each year's statement individually. Download each year separately and save them together for your records.
What if a transaction is missing from my statement?

If you notice a missing transaction, verify the transaction date falls within the year you selected. Transactions are sorted chronologically by the date they were processed. If the transaction should be there, here to contact support.
Can I share this statement with my accountant or tax professional?
