Once you purchase a pack, the individual class spots are credited to your account and ready to use whenever you register for an eligible activity. They aren't tied to specific dates, giving you flexibility to attend classes on your schedule.

Learn how to find and purchase class packs through your account. You can purchase class packs in two ways:

Log into your account
Navigate to the Packs tab
Browse available packs
Select the pack you'd like to purchase
Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout

When you register for an eligible drop-in class, you may see the option to purchase a pack as part of the registration process. This option appears if a pack is available for that activity. Simply select the pack during checkout to add it to your order along with your class registration.

Finding Eligible Classes
Not all classes accept class packs. When browsing activities, eligible classes will indicate that a pack spot can be used. During registration for an eligible class, you'll have the option to use a pack spot if you have remaining spots available.
Automatic Deduction
When you register for an eligible drop-in class, a spot is automatically deducted from your pack. You don't need to do anything extraāthe system handles this for you. This is the core way your pack works.
š” What to expect: When using a pack spot, your shopping cart will show $0 for that class, since the pack covers the cost. The spot is deducted from your total immediately upon registration.
Viewing Your Remaining Pack Spots
You can check how many spots you have left in your pack at any time by logging into your account. Your remaining pack spots will be displayed in your account dashboard.
ā ļø Cancellations & Spot Restoration
If you cancel a registration for a class where you used a pack spot, the spot is automatically added back to your pack. This means you can use it for a different class or at a different time. No action is needed on your endāthe system restores the spot automatically.
š§ Example: You register for a painting class using one of your pack spots. Later, you cancel that registration. That spot is immediately restored to your account and you can use it for another eligible class.
š Pack Expiration
Each pack has an expiration date set by your provider. Make sure to use your pack spots before the expiration date, as expired packs are no longer valid for class registration.
You can view your pack's expiration date in your account. Check it regularly to ensure you have enough time to use all your spots.
If you're nearing your expiration date, plan ahead to use your remaining spots before time runs out.
